A Backpack Journalist summer workshops and camps. It is all about creative expression. For youth, we encourage youth between the ages of to use the latest, greatest tech tools and their own talents! For military youth and service members, especially diagnosed with PTSD or TBI, our writing and journaling and digital storytelling are focused on helping each service member work through the issues each face. Teens will focus on leadership development and self-confidence, learn about programs and services available to AF dependents, and build an appreciation for and sense of belonging to the AF community. At Summits, leadership classes will be taught throughout the week and teens will learn about the mission of the Air Force.

Boot Camps For Teens - ROTC Scholarship Requirements - Teen ROTC Program
We are a national non-profit c 3 youth education and service program for boys and girls, age eight through the completion of high school. Since the Young Marines' humble beginnings in with one unit and a handful of boys, the organization has grown to over units with 9, youth and 2, adult volunteers in 46 states, the District of Columbia, Germany, Japan and affiliates in a host of other countries. The Young Marines promotes the mental, moral, and physical development of its members. The program focuses on character building and leadership and promotes a lifestyle that is conducive to being productive members of society. The Young Marines program is not a program for youths with serious disciplinary problems, substance abuse issues or lengthy histories in juvenile court.

Our beautiful acre campus, located in the famous Main Line section of suburban Philadelphia, houses a variety of playing fields, stables, and swimming pools. Great facilities, outstanding staff and wonderful campers, Valley Forge Summer Camp is a special place where campers grow, discover new abilities and develop friendships that will last a lifetime. With a strong focus on Leadership and confidence, and the experienced staff at our disposal, we work hard to develop campers that can work not just independently but as a team also.
In exchange for a paid college education and a guaranteed post-college career, participants, or cadets, commit to serve in the Military after graduation. I am in the Army National Guard, and my rank is cadet. I currently attend Columbia University in the city of New York. My major is political science, with a focus in American politics.
